The First Meeting
Our first meeting takes place online and lasts about 30 minutes. In addition to a member of the People & Organization team, a colleague from the relevant department will also be present. Together, we’ll get to know each other and determine whether the conditions are right for both sides.

Did everyone enjoy the interview? Great! Then we’d love to invite you to one of our locations. Over coffee, we’ll continue our conversation, go over the details, and you’ll have the chance to get to know your workplace and the team.
