Our Response
Within 10 working days you will receive an initial response from us by email. If the response is positive, we will get to know each other in a video interview.
Video Interview
Our first conversation takes place online and lasts about 30 minutes. In addition to a person from the HR team, a colleague from the respective specialist area is also present. Together we get to know each other and check whether the framework conditions are suitable for everyone.
Personal Meeting
Did everyone like the interview? Great! Then we would be happy to invite you to one of our locations. Over a coffee together, we deepen the conversations, talk about details and you have the opportunity to get to know your workplace and the team.
Your Contract at ENCORE
In the best case, we will send you a contract draft already after the personal meeting. If you want, you can also sign the contract directly on site. Great to have you join us!
